The room size was adequate, easily accommodating my luggage and personal items. I stayed in a Collection Premium Room. I found the bookshop in the lobby very stylish. The breakfast offered a mix of fresh pastries, cheeses, fruits, and excellent coffee! The staff were very attentive and helpful. They offered directions and suggestions.

The gym only had a limited number of machines, which could be a little inconvenient during peak hours, though i managed fine.

The hotel is close to main attractions, with many points of interest within reasonable walking distance, and i really liked that. Public transport links are easily accessible, facilitating travel to other parts of the city.

The staff provided professional and proactive service at all times and i was surprised! Check-in was efficient, and requests were handled promptly. The concierge service assisted with travel arrangements and recommendations.
